    My building is currently being handled by them and i hate them not one smart person there to speak with, and have your issues taken care or fixed. it's like they are all hand picked by the owner to be as dumb as a brick. please save yourselves of future headaches and do not hire this company for your building. not only they will not help you solve the problem but will instigate your problem to a whole new level. in my time i have dealt with Costa and Keith and can't tell who is dumb and who is dumber. if there was a half a star to rate them even that would have been too much. SAVE SAVE SAVE YOURSELVES! SOMETIMES IT IS WORTH IT TO PAY MORE AND HIRE A DECENT COMPANY WHO BELIEVES IN HONESTY, INTEGRITY AND HAS A PASSION TO HELP AND MEDIATE THE ISSUES SO IT DOESN'T ESCALATE TO THE LEVEL I AM IN. CURRENTLY I HAVE HIRED AN ATTORNEY TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM.
